59. Hamstrings & Back Body 30 Minute Beginner Friendly Class

Hello hamstrings! (And glutes, and the whole back body in general!).
This engaging class is fun and challenging, with strength as the main focus.
You'll notice I say it's 20 minutes long, but I got a little carried away, so it actually ends around 24 minutes, at which time I encourage you to wrap up with Savasana or Meditation.
Two blocks, a blanket and slide-y floor will help with this class, but are not absolutely essential. Have fun with it!
