"Full Spectrum" means there's some representation from all the categories of asana: standing postures, balancing postures, backbends, forward folds and twists.
This practice is well balanced in that way, and mimics the way that I teach in my early morning 60 minute class, called Form & Flow.
Class ends with several minutes of Ujjayi Pranayama practice, with an invitation to rest in savasana afterwards. It could easily become a 75 minute practice by tacking on a solid meditation and/or resting time at the end. Enjoy!
