This is a full spectrum class focusing a bit more on strength and balance, particularly through the hips and lower body. Think: hamstrings strength, balancing flows, and deep focus.
A blanket and a block or two might be helpful but not absolutely necessary.
This class begins with the Saha Navavatu Mantra. The underlying theme of the class is utilizing breath and body awareness as a tool for calming and focusing the mind. (Mantra can be translated from Sanskrit to mean a "tool for the mind").
