56. Full Body, Wrist Focused 60 Minute Beginner Friendly Class
52m
In this fun and dynamic practice, you'll learn more about your amazing wrist joints through the lens of a full body class.
We begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by strength-building for the wrists (though many other body parts will also be involved!). The 2nd half of class (begins at 31:15) is "wrist-free", meaning they'll be no weight bearing on the wrist joint for this part of practice.
If you have trouble with your wrists, this practice will help! You can always skip forward to the 2nd half if your wrists are currently injured or unable to bear weight.
(This class is part of a wrist workshop I'll be offering, though the class itself can "stand alone" without the other videos!)
