In this fun and innovative class you'll learn several drills and exercises to help create more ease in the shoulders. In my understanding, "ease" comes from a balance of strength and mobility, so you'll focus on both here!
Once we try the basics of these drills, I lead you through a variation on Sun Salutations with the exercises integrated into the flow.
A block or something block-like will be useful in this class.
This is a great one for anyone with shoulders (I mean it!), as well as yoga teachers looking to expand their knowledge base and repertoire of postures and drills.
