54. Grit & Grace 75 minute Advancing Class
75 Minutes

1h 3m
Grit and grace: we need 'em both. In this challenging practice, you'll work with the possibilities of your physical body in a wide variety of postures, including backbends and some inversion time.
I love getting into the "grit" of physical asana practice--just me, my body, and my breath. Sometimes that allows for grace, or magic, or something new, to arise...I often find those are the moments I discover something new about my capacity.
In addition to a strong asana class, you'll finish with pranayama and I IMPLORE you to rest for at least 5-10 minutes (that's why I'm calling this a 75 minute class!). Resting fully can allow the grace of grit to come through. :)
2 blocks may be handy for this class.
