37. Waking Up The Joints + Abhyasa 45 minute Intermediate Class
36m
Our joints create so many possibilities for movement in our bodies. In this dynamic practice you'll work on exploring ranges of motion and building strength and resiliency in and around the joints.
You'll also work with the yogic concept of Abhyasa, steady effort over a long period of time. The practice of Abhyasa can help us stay the course when we're feeling fatigued, and change course when necessary to stay truly aligned with our values.
I recommend you take full advantage of an 8-10 minute savasana at the end of this practice, allowing your body to rest and integrate the movements of practice.
Enjoy!

Savasana is a crucial part of any yoga practice. It allows space for integration, gratitude, and relaxation, giving the body and nervous system time to "reset".
