Tantric yoga philosophy reminds us that we are inherently worthy, though it's much easier to say this than to really feel it!
In this practice, you'll cultivate this remembrance while also letting go of the attributes (think: shame, not-enough-ness) that keep you from living fully in your own worthiness.
The physical sequence is a healthy challenge, including squats, strong standing postures, spinal rolls and variations on side plank. Challenging postures usually give us a great opportunity to practice remembering our inherent worthiness-- even when we're doing something really freaking hard!
A block may be helpful.
I read from Brené Brown's book Daring Greatly (page 9) at the beginning and end of practice.
