Get off the mat and explore some new embodied territory with this class! You'll work on hip mobility and strength, along with some shoulder work, finishing up with a simple rejuvenating relaxation technique.
A block and two blankets (or something similar) will be helpful for this class. And, you don't HAVE to do it without a mat!
